Our collective experience is broad based and we have come from a number of backgrounds. We are the first to admit that we are still learning both individually and as a team.
Working closely with the University of Birmingham and others we have comprehensive learning programs in place that are grounded in actual experience and the relevant science as well as being fun.
A number of us, also, champion the individual policies that form our sustainability charter. Combined these policies inform and guide how our developments are conceived.

Along with Gary and Chris, John is based in Glasgow and is responsible for Maryhill Locks, Speirs Locks and Tower Works (Leeds). John is championing construction materials and quality, diversity and distinctiveness.
