Our collective experience is broad based and we have come from a number of backgrounds. We are the first to admit that we are still learning both individually and as a team.
Working closely with the University of Birmingham and others we have comprehensive learning programs in place that are grounded in actual experience and the relevant science as well as being fun.
A number of us, also, champion the individual policies that form our sustainability charter. Combined these policies inform and guide how our developments are conceived.

Mark is Chief Executive Officer of ISIS. Based out of our London office (although rarely there), Mark invariably finds himself travelling the length and breadth of the country, involving himself with all aspects of the organisation.
