ISIS is playing an important role in the delivery of the Government's vision of an urban renaissance, building on the charm of our inland waterways. ISIS was created to deliver mixed, balanced and diverse genuinely sustainable communities.

Our sites are in the areas we regard as most exciting, often tantalisingly close to the city centre, yet in the gritty, historic heart of the older parts of our towns and cities. They are always steeped in waterway heritage and offer fantastic opportunities for transforming both the physical fabric of the area but equally importantly take the social and economic regeneration forward.
Our projects vary in scale from 3 or 4 acres such as Tower Works in Leeds and Warwick Bar in Birmingham to schemes of European significance at Ickneild Port Loop in Birmingham and the Glasgow Canal Partnership where together with the City Council and British Waterways Scotland we are planning to regenerate area approaching a thousand acres stretching from Port Dundas in the South to Maryhill Locks in the North.
