our people
Our collective experience is broad based and we have come from a number of backgrounds. We are the first to admit that we are still learning both individually and as a team.
Working closely with the University of Birmingham and others we have comprehensive learning programs in place that are grounded in actual experience and the relevant science as well as being fun.
A number of us, also, champion the individual policies that form our sustainability charter. Combined these policies inform and guide how our developments are conceived.

Simon is based in the Manchester office and works with most of the team, although spends most of his time on Islington Wharf and Granary Wharf. He is champion of Food supply.
